What if I don’t like my order? What if I am not satisfied and want to change it?
At Yadaweya, we have a very flexible 15 days return policy. As long as the products are still in saleable condition, and within 15 days of delivery, you can exchange your order or return it to Yadaweya. To request an exchange or refund, please contact the customer support team via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (+20) 1277021315 to schedule the pick-up. Once we receive the returned item, we can send you the store credit that can be used in purchasing replacements.
We at Yadaweya take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call us at (+20) 1277021315 to initiate and schedule the return process.
We provide our customers with a 15-day notice period of returns. This return period starts from the day the order was delivered to you. Please note that the items must be in their original condition, unused and sealed.
1- You can return your order for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.
2- Returned items must be in the same condition they were received in, and in the original sealed packaging.
3- You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they are damaged or not exactly as described on the website.
4- You can still return your items if you are not satisfied for any other reason. However, you will be charged a return-shipping fee.
5- You will be provided with a shipping label to attach to your returned shipment.
6- We will dispatch a shipping courier to pick up the items from you directly. ( only for Local customers in Cairo )
7- Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
8- When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued.

Yes, we ship anywhere around the world. Also if you are visiting Egypt, you can order your favorite handicraft and we will take care of shipping it to you directly either during your stay in Egypt or to your original international address.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery at Yadaweya takes locally from 2 to 3 business days in Egypt, and internationally from 3-12 days depends on your selection of shipping services type and country of delivery.
